Further DVD as part of Big Freight series produced by Train Crazy in co-operation with Videoscene and in association with Freightmaster showing the very best of UK freight action. First feature starts in June 2018 in the Southampton area with car transporter traffic seen at Northam Junction then container trains at Southampton Eastern Docks followed by engineer’s trains as Millbrook. Second feature takes a look in June 2018 at the freight hot spot of Cossington on the Midland Mainline between Leicester and Loughborough with freight action show including stone trains, cement trains, engineer’s trains and also oil tanker trains. The following feature is from May 2018 at Nidrie West Junction with traffic flows such as engineer’s trains, empty stock workings, container trains and cement trains. Then it is a look at non-standard liveries applied to class 66 diesel locomotives such as Maritime Blue livery applied to 66727 “Maritime One” as well as 66142 “Maritime Intermodal Three” plus 66720 in rainbow livery and 66780 in a grey CEMEX livery. Next feature goes along the Cumbrian Coast with engineer’s trains at Machynlleth and also a Network Rail special seen at Barmouth and Porthmadog. A brief visit is made ti Althorpe between Doncaster and Scunthorpe during July 2018. A further brief feature filmed during November 2018 shows ballast working on the Merseyrail Network at Cressington. Following features shows a variety of container trains and bin liner trains during July 2018 at the freight hot spot location of Acton Bridge situated between Crewe and Warrington. Next is a return to the Southampton area with views of container trains at Southampton Maritime and also at Redbridge. More container trains are shown in action during January 2019 at the West Coast freight hot spot of Preston. Action finished looking at autumn 2018 Rail Head Treatment Trains along with a variety of car transporter trains.
