From 1906 this was an industrial line from Ridham Docks to Sittingbourne Mills via Kemsley Paper Mills once owned by Bowater’s before the line being given over for preservation to loco club of Great Britain in 1969. The rail gauge is 2 foot inches. This DVD produced by Online Video in 2012 looks at how the progress has gone with preservation including the difficulties in which they have faced over the recent years.
