Description
J&K Video productions in which takes a look at the London Overground Line between Euston and Watford that has origins which date back to the days of the London and North Western Railway. DVD begins with a look at the history of the line including archive footage scenes from British Railway days of class 501 electric multiple units in operation. Second feature is of class 313 electric multiple units which were introduced as replacements for the class 501 in 1985. They are seen operating in the days of Network South East, an era introduced in 1986 and also their successors Silverlink Metro in 1997. The next feature takes a look at operation of London Overground which took over from Silverlink Metro in 2007 and also a look at the class 378 electric multiple units which were introduced to replace the class 313 in 2010 followed by a final feature taking a look at the 2019 newly introduced class 710 electric multiple units.
