Marsden Rail Volume 29 - Southern Region Steam Part 2

A Marsden Rail Production to feature further steam action on the former Southern Region in an addition to previously released Marsden Rail Volume 25 - Southern Region Steam. DVD starts with action at London Waterloo followed by scenes at Vauxhall and also Nine Elms Depot. Scenes are shown at Clapham Junction as early as 1947 and well as scenes dating back to 1931 at Kensington Olympia. Last ever scheduled steam shuttle which operated between Clapham Junction and Kensington Olympia is shown. On leaving the capital we head west to Woking and Guildford and the line on to Horsham. Included are greatly detailed scenes of closed lines from Christ Hospital to Peasmarsh Junction and Christ Hospital to Shoreham By Sea. Heading further west then to Basingstoke, Wortling Junction, Eastleigh and Southampton with the DVD finishing on a highly detailed feature of the Isle Of Wight system.
