Merseyside Memories Number 8 - Steam Around Liverpool

Final part of a series in which remembers the life and activity of a bygone Merseyside, DVD gives use sights and sounds of steam in and around Liverpool including rare pre war scenes at Lime Street, also Pugs working in the Docks as well as many enthusiast tours plus many different forms of freight action. Among these features are last days of steam working in the area including the 15 guinea special. Some of the locations in which footage was recorded are Brunswick, Central, Exchange, Sandhills with various classes of motive power answered such as 4F’s, 8F’s, 9F’s, Black 5’s, Duchesses, Fairburn Tanks, Patriots, Princess Royals, Royal Scots, Stannier 2-6-4 Tanks, Super D’s WD’s and others.
